- 200g Chicken Breast
- 30g Chorizo
- 125g Golden Vegetable Rice (Uncle Ben’s)
- Salad leaves
- Cherry tomatoes
- Balsamic glaze
- Frylight 1kcal Olive oil spray
- Chicken spice
- Pre heat pan – Lightly spice chicken breast with paprika and chicken spice, cook in 5 sprays 1kcal olive oil turn until cooked thoroughly.
- Cut chorizo into slices and place in the pan with the chicken
- Cook the rice in the microwave and serve with mixed salad.
