It’s genuinely the friendliest, most informative and understanding environment. Not only have they helped me physically but it’s a great atmosphere and I’ve met so many lovely people :) if you’re contemplating joining, I’d just bite the bullet and go for it because you will NOT regret it.Posted on Shrikanth NagarajanTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Such a lovely place with some truly fantastic trainers. Adam and the team have been brilliant right from the get-go- always approachable, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping you improve. What really sets this gym apart is the circuit-based training format. You’re split into small groups of 2-3 people, each working on a specific exercise with a trainer. Once you’re done, you rotate to the next trainer and the next set of exercises. Everyone trains on the same floor, which creates an amazing community vibe- people with similar goals, encouraging and pushing each other to be their best. The trainers are excellent at what they do, which gives me a lot of confidence that I’m following the exercises correctly and training the right way, at the right time, for the right results. It genuinely feels like money well spent. If you’re looking for a personal training programme in Milton Keynes, look no further. Wishing Adam and the whole team continued success- they truly deserve it.Posted on Samuel MorganTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Client of the Year 2025 – and truly life-changing Gym anxiety used to control my life, and looking back at where I started, it’s hard to believe how far I’ve come. When I first walked into The PT Centre, I was nervous, low in confidence, and honestly scared I wouldn’t belong. I didn’t know what to expect — I just hoped I could get through the session without feeling out of place. Nearly a year later, being named Client of the Year 2025 still feels unbelievable. I’ve hit PB after PB, built muscle, toned up, and lost inches — but nothing compares to the confidence and inner strength I’ve gained. For the first time, I feel proud of myself and comfortable in my own skin. I’ve never once questioned attending a session. Every single one has felt worthwhile, meaningful, and part of something bigger. And that’s because of the incredible team at The PT Centre. Every trainer has made an impact on me. Their encouragement, patience, and belief in me have genuinely changed my life. They’ve created a safe, supportive space where I’ve never once felt judged. What I didn’t expect was the community. I’ve made genuine friends — people who cheer you on, push you forward, and celebrate every win, big or small. Walking in no longer feels scary… it feels like walking into a room full of people who want you to succeed. I can’t thank the trainers enough, and I’m so grateful to be part of a community that lifts you up every single day. If you’re looking for support, strength, confidence, or simply a place where you can be yourself and make real friends, I can’t recommend The PT Centre enough.Posted on Damiano TodaroTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The PT Centre is absolutely top-notch. From the moment I joined, the team made me feel supported, motivated, and genuinely cared for. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable they don’t just throw a plan at you, they teach you why it works and tailor everything to your goals. In just a few months I’ve seen real results stronger, leaner, and more confident than ever. The atmosphere is welcoming but focused, the sessions are challenging in the best way, and the community vibe keeps you coming back. If you’re serious about getting in shape and want coaches who truly know their stuff, The PT Centre is the place to go. 💪🔥Posted on Diana STrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I originally joined for a 6-week programme to get back into exercising, and now, almost a year later, I’m still loving it. This place is so much more than a gym — it’s a real community. Adam and the dedicated coaches have supported me every step of the way. They take the guesswork out of workouts, showing me exactly what to do and pushing me further than I ever thought I could go. They make every workout fun so you never get bored. Over the past year, I’ve not only lost weight and got stronger, but my mindset has changed a lot too. It’s helped me handle my busy work life better and made me ready to take on challenges. I highly recommend this place. If you’re thinking about joining, start now! Time will pass anyway, so why not use it to get healthier, stronger and happier like I have. Thanks, PT Centre!Posted on Chris MellyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have been training at the PT Centre for 16 weeks now and the results are beyond what I ever expected. Not just physically, but mentally as well. Being accountable to hit 3 sessions a week is not longer a chore, it’s exciting, enjoyable and part of my weekly routines. BUT, if work, kids or life just so happen to get in the way from time to time, it doesn’t matter, we go again the following week. The coaching team are second to none, and the mixture of clients ages, ability, shapes and sizes, truly brings a community feeling. I would highly recommend the PT Centre to anyone of any age and ability that is looking to improve their confidence, mindset and physical wellbeing. If you turn up with the right attitude, the rest is easy.Posted on Deb BennettTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Well I never thought I'd find a gym that I really LOVE going to. Everyone is so supportive! Thanks to Billy, I am training with weights I was convinced was way beyond my capabilities. He is encouraging, supportive and helped me rediscover my mojo in bucket loads. Everyone is welcoming and absolutely no judgement! Thank you everyone, I'm so glad I found you!Posted on Kev HainesTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. A lovely little gym, clean and well equipped. This gym specialises in small group training, with 2 staff to about 4-8 persons. Staff are attentive and work hard to engage with their members. This gym would especially suit new people looking to start training. However , I felt that after the 6 week period I didn't feel that the gym was me. The gym is expensive, its about 300 pounds a month. For 3 sessions a week, the sessions are more geared towards beginners and less experienced people looking for a more tailored personal training experience. I like to train with my headphones in and be fleixible as to when I can attend, particularly how I train. I think that if the gym had been cheaper, I was allowed to train by myself, when I would have liked, and joined in the classes occasionally, I might have stayed. Or just write me a training programe and let me go, review it monthly. However, if you are looking to start training from scratch, this gym is definately for you!Posted on AlexTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Couldn't rate the team at The PT Centre more highly; I have always been a gym-goer, but returning to exercise after my first child was daunting, but Adam, Harry and team made it so easy. They're friendly, encouraging, but push you hard (in a nice way :-)) but so are all the other lovely members. I have achieved so much more in fitness and strength in a few short months than I did from the years of going to the gym by myself!Posted on David MontgomeryTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have had a great experience from the start. I wasn't in good shape. I couldn’t do a single press up, but now, things have greatly improved. I have lost 20kg, reduced body fat to 21%, can do press-ups with added weight, pull ups and much more. I have never been a gym goer, and much preferred sports such as tennis for general fitness. My view now has totally changed, and from initially dreading the thought of going I now look forward to it. The team very much make it feel like a group sport, where everyone is supporting each other. There isn’t a client I have met that hasn’t had a challenge (over the past 7 months), but they all keep pushing on. That is a testament to the PT Centre’s team, as well as the atmosphere that they engender. Just to speak to the big difference I see in what is happening at the Centre, it is much more than the mechanics of training. Yes of course, the team are qualified, and yes they know what they are doing, but it is more than that. If that is all it was, I would have stopped long ago, but 7 months later, I am still here and intend to continue indefinitely. There are of course days when you feel things are not going so well, that you are not making progress, and it feels hard. Also, at the start I dreaded the finishers due to my low aerobic fitness level. They are cognizant of this, know just how hard and when to push so that it is enjoyable, and that progress is made. I also believe it is important to have realistic expectations, otherwise you will feel that you are failing from the start. No ridiculous claims are made, just the reality of what it takes, which is simply consistency. Keep putting one foot in front of the other, enjoy what you are doing, enjoy the comradery and the results will come over time, which they do. For me, only things that are sustainable ever deliver results, and for something to be sustainable it really must be fun. The PT Centre has managed to create that culture, which is why they have so many successes, and will continue to do so. I recommend this to all, regardless of your level of fitness, or what your goals are.
