As a coach at The PT Centre, your mission is to help clients create lasting change, not just through training plans — but through education, empathy, structure, and accountability. You’ll be responsible for delivering world-class sessions, building strong relationships, and supporting clients across all areas of their health and lifestyle.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Coaching & Results

• Deliver structured, high-quality training sessions

• Track progress and support each client toward their goals

Programme Design & Planning

• Create and adapt programmes for both 1:1 and semi-private group sessions

• Help clients improve strength, fitness, and confidence

Client Experience & Communication

• Build strong client relationships

• Support mindset, motivation, and accountability

Nutrition & Lifestyle Support

• Offer clear and simple habit-based nutrition advice

• Collaborate with the Head of Nutrition when needed

• (Bonus if you have specific nutrition qualifications)

Team Collaboration & Growth

• Attend team meetings and CPD

• Contribute to a positive, professional team culture

• Have experience delivering basic nutrition or habit coaching
• Are confident creating or contributing to content (e.g. social media, testimonials, behind-the-scenes footage)
• Have worked in a gym or group coaching facility
