We have sessions available every weekday morning (6-11am) and evening (4-7:30pm) plus Saturday mornings (8-11am). You can come to whichever sessions suit you best.

The PT Centre runs semi-private sessions, which means small groups with a coach-to-client ratio that allows for genuine personalised and individual attention. You’re never anonymous here.
We offer a large number of sessions to choose from but we understand life happens and we work around it. Your coach will always know what’s going on and make sure you stay on track.
We’ve never had someone follow the plan properly and not get results. If that somehow changes with you, we’ll make it right.
Once you’ve secured your place and attended an intro session you can start right away.
