Spicy chicken and chips
Quick and easy recipe for a great homemade meal
Packed full of protein, high carbohydrate and low fat. This recipe is easy to make and doesn’t take too long. Require to have a go with your main lady luck jugar tragamonedas gratis 3d.
Ingredients:
- 200g chicken breast
- 220g potato
- 50g salad leaves
- 5 cherry tomatoes
- 10g balsamic glaze
- Paprika
- Chicken spice
- Black pepper
- Frylight 1kcal olive oil
Method:
- Preheat the oven. Slice the potato into chips, the size is down to personal preference, place on a baking tray and spray with frylight 1kcal olive oil, lightly season with black pepper and paprika, place in the oven at 200C for 30-40 minutes, turn if necessary.
- Preheat the pan. Butterfly the chicken breast and lightly season with black pepper, paprika and chicken spice (personal preference on seasoning). Add a few 1kcal sprays to the pan and then add in the chicken breast, turning occasionally until cooked thoroughly.
- Put together mixed salad and add balsamic glaze, add the spicy chicken and chips and enjoy!
