“A year that changed my life…

The decision to walk into The PT Centre and start with a personal trainer was one which has completely transformed me, my lifestyle and my mind-set and has totally changed my life.

When I first started training with Jason I was seriously overweight and very unfit and I had never lifted a weight in my life. My goal was to lose a couple of stone and improve my fitness.  Little did I know that together we would achieve such a dramatic life changing result!

In total I have lost 38kg (6 stone) and dropped 5 dress sizes. I feel fitter, healthier and happier than I have ever been. I am more confident and have so much more energy and for the first time I am truly comfortable in my own skin.

I have this new found love of exercising.  I really look forward to my workouts with Jason and every session is challenging but so rewarding and outside the gym I have taken up running and training at home. I exercise now because it makes me feel good and I can’t imagine life without it.

 

 

Jason has taught me so much about nutrition and it is with his support, ideas and direction that I have had a complete mind-set change to food. Yes this was hard in the beginning, but now it’s just the way I eat. I really enjoy food, love cooking and enjoy going out but I am able to work this in, make better choices, enjoy myself and still hit my goals.

Jason is fantastic, he is so passionate about helping his clients achieve their results and he is prepared to go the extra mile in order to help you hit your goals. He works really hard to truly understand you and your lifestyle and this helps him direct and motivate you in a way which works for you as an individual. He pushes you to achieve more than you thought possible and he believes in you, even when sometimes you don’t believe in yourself.

Jason’s commitment to my goals has been the thing which has made the biggest difference. I don’t feel like I’m doing it alone.  I know he will be there for me every step of the way. Jason has been such a great support to me, he is a super nice guy and has become a wonderful friend.

The results I have achieved are testament to what a truly exceptional personal trainer he is and I can’t recommend him enough.
