  • 200g Chicken Breast
  • 30g Chorizo
  • 125g Golden Vegetable Rice (Uncle Ben’s)
  • Salad leaves
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Balsamic glaze
  • Frylight 1kcal Olive oil spray
  • Paprika
  • Chicken spice


  • Pre heat pan – Lightly spice chicken breast with paprika and chicken spice, cook in 5 sprays 1kcal olive oil turn until cooked thoroughly.
  • Cut chorizo into slices and place in the pan with the chicken
  • Cook the rice in the microwave and serve with mixed salad.
